Surrounded on almost all sides by water, Port Townsend offers many places to launch your vessel of choice, from rowing scull to yacht. Frequent races, regattas and the annual Wooden Boat Festival testify to the relationship between land and sea. For the land lubbers, there are also numerous parks surrounding the city, including Fort Worden and Old Fort Townsend State Parks and, further away, Olympic National Forest. An artists' haven, the town is home to many galleries and a vibrant Art Walk.

Port Townsend is a quaint little town easily reachable by ferry from Coupeville. It has a number of interesting shops, but one outstanding place is the Lively Olive. The flavored olive oils and balsamic vinegars are amazing. Whether you are taking your ordinary salad into an extraordinary experience or just putting some olive oil out for your guests to dip their bread, this place opens up your mind (and your taste buds) to all kinds of tastes that are just not available in your local grocery store. It's fun to take your guests on a field trip to find their favorites and then bring them home for a simple meal of sourdough bread for dipping, salad, and soup. What a way to warm up from this cold weather!

15,000 sq. ft. of inventory featuring antiques and collectibles from over 40 of the finest Antique dealers on the Olympic Peninsula.
I was hoping to find a few gifts for family for special occasions. I came across this great antique mall filled with vendors with specialties. They clerk was able to point me to the correct vendors who carried items I was hoping to find. SUCCESS!!! Took them home, wrapped them and gave them as presents. HUGE success!
