This service was fantastic. We were staying at the Sheraton which is not that close to the Main Street in the town (where Shoping is and restaurants). We used the transfer service everyday back and forth. Very easy to use and friendly drivers. They really helped us enjoy our week here!

We visited Palm Cove for the first time and had Cairns Private Transfers to pick up us at Cairns Airport, we were both very impressed with the service from Nicky, James and Brian the driver, he called us soon after our arrival to check that we had arrived safely and told us where he would be waiting, he was very friendly and informative about the area as it was our first visit. From pick up to drop off, everything was professional. After a long flight from Japan, it was the little things like complimentary chilled water/soda water, fresh scented hand towels, the quick stop for coffee and also the picture snap opportunity at the well known lookout on the way up to Port Douglas, that made this transfer even more memorable. We also appreciated Angela’s tips and advice re: local tours and things to do around Port Douglas. It was above and beyond what we expected. Thank you very much.

I used this company for return transfers from Cairns Airport to Port Douglas South. Then I used the shuttle service the whole 2 weeks I was in PD. Wonderful and convenient service. They were ready a the airport and picked my up for super early return to the airport even though I kept driving them mad by ringing to confirm my pick-up. I think I'm used to being in developing countries and not trusting the system. This company can be trusted. Just remember to do a sharp left turn when reaching the baggage department I just turned left and walked past the meeting place. Remember to use the shuttle service around PD as well. It's so much cheaper than cabs or hiring a car. They are a door to door service.
