Clos Dominic S.L.

It's difficult to know where to begin, as the whole experience beginning to end was such a pleasure. That was very much as a result of our wonderful guide/owner Paco, who took us first to the slopes where their vines grow (spectacular views btw). This part of the visit really helps you to understand the complexities involved in producing Priorat wines. Then to the bodega, which by industrial standards is small, that's because it's not industrial, everything is hand done, from growing to picking to bottling. I can't recommend a visit to this Bodega enough, which is run by passionate hard working individuals, who make you feel right art home. I'll definitely be re-visiting with friends in the future. BTW, I did the tour in Spanish, so I can't vouch for the level of English provided on tours here. Thanks to Paco and the team, Gerry.

Sangenis i Vaque

Family-owned winery in Porrera, Priorat making estate wines from lands we're been working since 1700's. Tours from Monday to Sunday. Recommended booking in advance.

We had a great tour around the winery - the fluent English of our guide alongside her very strong knowledge of the whole wine making process made this a very memorable day - and wine tasting at the end was great too!
