Having read all the reviews - I was expecting something special but the experience of actually being in this fabulous place was way beyond anything I could have imagined. Tremendous support when needed, wonderful food, a creative and ambient environment, diverse and interesting fellow travellers and a feeling of peace. Perfect.

Hello, I'm Patrick, better known as Father Le Roïc. More than 400 professional crepe makers in more than 30 countries have visited my workshop. The workshop is located in a small shopping center in Kerlédé (44600 Saint Nazaire) 150 meters from the coastal path. Now pancake and pancake workshops are open to individuals for the pleasure of learning secrets of crepe makers and sharing laughter.
