Plovdiv (Bulgarian: Пловдив, pronounced ['pɫovdif]) is the second-largest city in Bulgaria, with a city population of 341,567 as of 2015 and 675,586 in the greater metropolitan area. It is an important economic, transport, cultural, and educational center. There is evidence of habitation in Plovdiv dating back to the 6th millennium BCE, when the first Neolithic settlements were established; it is said to be one of the oldest cities in Europe.

nice place with plenty to do and see. Lots of nice restaurants (with one exception the Provence) roman walls are lovely and the town is very relaxed. Plenty of places to stay and lots of Spa hotels
"Salt House" is a Bulgarian franchise of salt therapy studios. Salt therapy is especially good for prevention as also for variety of respiratory light and severe conditions. During a salt session the client sits on his favor armchair in a dedicated salt room, rests and listen to a calm music. The only MUST thing a client should do is to... breath! That is all. All the rest is done by the magic of the salt. No special clothing! Salt therapy (halotherapy) is suitable for kids and adults. Two types of salt sessions are offered depending on the age of the client. Salt session for kids - from 6 moths old and up to 10-12 years old with duration of 25 minutes (10 BGN).
