Our family visits Playa several times a year and we always use this company for our transportation to/from the airport. We like that we can book and pay online. Anselmo promptly confirms our reservations and is very responsive to any questions. All of his drivers are always prompt, helpful, and a pleasure to ride with. I would also recommend the Van For The Day service. This is an excellent way to explore around the Yucatan (Tulum, Chichen Itza, etc.) with a family or group of friends and we find it to be a great value price wise. Anselmo and his drivers are very helpful with itinerary suggestions and can recommend stops along the way if you want to visit Mayan ruins, a cenote, beaches, restaurants, etc. in different parts of the Riviera Maya. Guided tours for a group would cost several times more in total than the cost of hiring Anselmo's van service for the day. I highly recommend Private Transportation Riviera Maya for all your transportation needs in Playa.

We arranged a private tour with Monica to Chichen Itza, with a cenote swim, lunch and a visit to Valladolid on the way home, Monica was full of information from start to finish, she offered many stops along the way to use the restroom etc and was happy to answer questions about things to do in the area, with great suggestions. The guide Monica provided was great, he spent time explaining things so that you really understood the ruins and temples and gave us free time to explore at the end. Lunch was a buffet at a beautiful hacienda, set in lovely grounds, the food was good, especially the fish. When you consider this is a private tour for 2, and we paid around $10 us more for the day than the tour operators were charging for the same trip, it's fantastic value, the drive to Chichen with Monica is 2 hours, not 3-4 like on the coach, and we stopped where we liked, not pre arranged stops at a Tequila shop or gift shops where the operators get commission. I would use Monica every time I visit, shes very responsive to her emails, has great suggestions on making the perfect trip and she's a lovely attentive host.

Hi. I'm Gabriela from Bucharest Romania and I returned a few days ago from Mexico where I spent my vacation for 11 days, which was one of the most beautiful. For transport and excursions we used the services of Daniel from the Topklass company: -airport transfer, -transfer from Cancun hotel to Tulum hotel -private trip to Chichen Itza-Valladolid-Cenote Ik Kil-Rio Largatos-Coloradas for a day -private excursion to Akumal-Cenote Tortuga-Laguna Kaan Luum for one day.
