Beautiful historic home and garden. Inexpensive, can buy fresh produce grown in the garden, i think it's run by volunteers and they do an amazing job keeping the place maintained.

There is the Mary MacKillop Interpretive Centre, a replica of the original home and the her first school classroom altogether. There is a $5 entry fee but should not be missed. You do get to ‘walk in her shoes’ for this amazing journey. Sister Mary was obviously a very focussed and strong willed individual who made some amazing changes to the Catholic faith.

A short walk from the main highway, this quiet lane has 5 beautiful historic cottages with colourful well kept gardens. A nice place to stop and break up the journey. Thanks for the vote if you found this review helpful.

Not just Adam Lindsay Gordon but also John Shaw Neilson and William Ogilvie....very special tribute to a town with literary history.

A wonderful interpretation of the life of Tenison Woods in beautiful sculpture. Easy to park and visit and contemplate.
