Penang is a Malaysian state located on the northwest coast of Peninsular Malaysia, by the Malacca Strait. This nine-hole walking golf course, set up within the previously Royal Australian Air Force Complex, has fairways that are as level as the runways. Membership was opened to the public in 1985. The uniqueness of the club is that, for the MYR30 fee, visitors are allowed to play as many rounds as they like. In between rounds golfers, players can make pit stops at the BAR where liquor is also served, and food of course. Trolleys are allowed and a caddy goes for MYR10 for nine holes.
