Palampur is a hill station and a municipal council in the Kangra Valley in the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh. Not many people are aware but the Wah tea estate is one of the ten oldest tea estates in the country. Unlike some other tea gardens in Palampur this is quite well maintained gardens with well maintained road leading right up to the factory. The estate offers a guided tour of the estate as well as tour of the tea factory. Highly recommended

Awesome small road trip from our hotel with a beautiful view of the palampur valley. Hood we went to the Mandir which is frequented by the locals only and not many tourists..

The Khad is within a walking distance from the Himachal Tourism's hotel T bud. The water is fresh and flows through a shallow ravine. The views of the Himlayas from here is breathtaking. There are many tea gardens all around. Nice place for a picnic.
