This 18th-century church, built with funds provided by silver tycoon José de la Borda, is the centerpiece of the town's main square.
I'm always amaze on the level of intricacy the churches in Latino America. We couldnt walk a round the inside of the church, we just made it to the entrance. Go and visit beautiful architecture. The only thing that might be annoying is the supposed tourist guides that are pushy but some of the free info they're willing to share as u walk towards the entrance of the church. The one thing i wish would be access to the bell tower as a guided tour that would really cool

Located on a hillside 1,200 feet above sea level, this contemporary chapel is recognized by its 130-foot cross.
Interesting history and great view in multiple directions. Worth stopping at if passing by. Donation appreciated.

Located about a block from the main market where the vendors hawk their wares. It is an incredibly spectacular church. My wife tells me that the picture I took of the ceiling is the best ever...quite a compliment from her!!

Take a break from the market vendors and sun. Step into the courtyard surrounding this church and you will instantly calm and enjoy the serenity amidst all the busy streets. There are benches throughout this garden. Beautiful stained glass inside as well as seating for self reflection.

Church is well maintained and clean. Good place to pray. In front of an Alameda park and two blocks away from downtown and Topolobampo shuttles.

There were four of us who hired a driver from Mazatlan to take us to Rosario. We visited the lagune, the Church, History Museum, Lola Beltran Museum and then had lunch on the main floor of the home where Lola Beltran was born and was raised. Amazing day with the lovely people of Rosario. Don’t go on a bus trip. Way to restrictive as far as time. With a private driver we were able to stay at each place as long as we wished and paid $50 a couple, plus tip!
