The village calls itself sister city to Oxford, England. Oxford is located roughly 30 miles (48 km) from Flint and 40 miles (64 km) from Detroit.

Will have to go back again when it warms up a little more. The course is really nice and challenging you can play any of the three courses Hills, Marsh, or Jungle. Not that bad of a drive for a quick morning round of golf. The staff was all friendly and they have all brand new carts.
