The Out Islands are synonymous with sport, from the depths of the Gulf Stream that yield big game fish to the coral reefs just off shore that are catnip to scuba divers. Sailing, kayaking and beach-combing add action to lazy days in the sun, while resident pink flamingos and rare Bahama parrots color local hikes.

We stopped here to get directions to surfers beach. Ended up loving this little shop. Bought a nice straw bahamas hat, some hot sauce and found a beautiful larimar necklace. This is a great place for gifts. Lovely lady and would return when in town.

A and A Hidden Treasures is a local souvenir store that specializes in 100% authentically handmade Bahamian crafts. We make our products with straw, coconut and shell. There are souvenirs here at A and A Hidden Treasures for the entire family. We also specialize in custom designs.
I wish I had found A&A when I first set out for local goods. These women are not only super talented to their craft, but are also funny, delightful people that you want to do business with. It was an extra special treat to walk into their workroom and get a tour/explanation of the different palms used to weave their bags, hats, rugs and more. Add this shop to your list while visiting Harbour Island/Dunmore Town!
