In my opinion, the termonology ‘deep tissue’ is over-used, misunderstood, and completely inconsequential to an effective treatment. The depth of the treatment does not relegate its efficacy…ever…no matter how long the knot has been there, no matter how the knot got there, or no matter how great ‘bone marrow massage’ feels to the person in the table! The depth of massage, in my opinion, is 100% based on how an individual’s tissues respond to the work they are receiving and the if the tissues NEED it. ‘Deep tissue’ done at the wrong time and in the wrong place is not helpful either; it is traumatic to the body and, when all is said and done, can leave a person really sore. As I work I ebb in or out based on what I feel and switch what techniques I use based on that too. Your concerns will be heard and addressed professionally. Get out of pain today.

Not only is the salt therapy helpful and relaxing, the facials by Annette are amazing. She and Melanie give amazing massages and are extremely knowledgable and you end up getting salt therapy while you get a massage. Melanie is also very knowledgable with acupuncture. Entire team is extremely friendly and helpful. They do offer a salt therapy room for children too - I used to take mine there when they were little.

Tried this place due to others being closed that I have fine to in past , checked temp upon arrival and disposable covering for table. Mary did excellent job and I am returning for second massage this trip.

This was my first visit to this spa as I am new to the area. Alexis, the front desk associate, was warm, friendly and helpful in getting me checked in and settled. Celine performed my facial and was so knowledgeable . She kept me informed of what she was doing and what products she was using without altering the relaxation of the service. Erin, my massage therapist, took the time to ask me what areas I wanted worked on and made sure she gave those areas extra time. After my massage she offered me a complimentary glass of wine or champagne! The look of the spa is lovely as well. Warm muted colors and dim lighting. Complimentary water, tea and snacks in the waiting lounge. Showers and sauna in the ladies lounge. All in all a great experience and well worth the reasonable cost!
