I had tried trapeze one time before so I was excited at the opportunity to try it again - with a groupon to boot! Max group size is 10 but we only have 5 “flyers” so we got to go up more times (my arms were pretty sore afterwards and the next day)! I thought the whole set-up was safe and supportive. The instructors give you good feedback so you can progress from a “knee hang” to someone actually catching you on a second swing! I had so much fun and you actually want to go back so you can build on what you already learned! If you are adventurous at heart, I believe this is a fun activity for those willing to take a “leap of faith”! Loved it!!!
