My children are 3 and 1 years old. They were impressed by the fish tanks, the seashells and the stuffed animals. I think it was a fun time even if we visited the museum în less than an hour.

The museum has more than 25000 samples from all over the world. The oldest samples belong to the Krantz collection, purchased by Prof. Grigore Cobălcescu in 1888 from Dr. F. Krantz, Rheinisches Mineralien-Kontor, Bonn, Germany.
