Great activity for the whole family. The host was very professional and gave us hints when we got stuck without spoiling the rest of the challenge. We barely managed to escape. Highly recommend!
The origin of Icelanders testing each other through feats of strength predates the introduction of strength based sports. Kraftlyftingafélag Akureyrar is the oldest and most renowned lifting club in Iceland. We take pride in our collection of equipment that has been handed down to us through the years by many legends of the Icelandic strength sport scene. Welcome to Jötunheim.
