We meet on Westeinde Amsterdam, on the bridge next to no 26. After a short introduction, we start the walk towards van Woustraat where we begin with a good coffee. Then down the most famous street market of the Netherlands where we tell you about the area and the significance of it. Along with the market, we will taste a few of the best Dutch snacks around. We will show and tell you about the history and visit the beautiful Sarphatipark and we will have more tastings. We try to balance sweet and savoury as well as easy and difficult flavours mixed in with skilled professionals that show you how its made. Think about Cheese, Herring, Sweet Poffertjes and a lot more. The Dutch culture might not be about food but the tastes and quality of those street foods are excellent. We have done a few hundred tours in the neighbourhood so we have our own personal favourite vendors selected on craftmanship, personality and flavour.
