Little Land Play is the home of big imaginations. Based in Peterlee we are a children’s role play centre for the under 7s with dedicated baby and under 2s areas. More than a play centre; it’s a space that develops learning through play in a relaxed calm environment for parents and care givers alike (or big people as we like to call them!) We operate several play sessions each day 9am - noon, 12:30 -3pm and 3:30-5:30pm (weekdays only for the 3:30 session). We ask guests to book online via our website but don't ask that they arrive at the start of sessions. As parents ourselves we know managing to get somewhere on time with little ones can be difficult, so our sessions are long enough to arrive a little later and long enough for your little ones to have a great time! We are a proudly family owned and operated business, and would like to hear your feedback about your visit. If you have any questions before your visit done hesitate to call or e-mail beforehand!

The Clart About Sensory Cafe offers a relaxing and enjoyable space for children of all abilities, ranging from birth to 8 years old, to experience the benefits of sensory play whilst parents and carers can enjoy a great cup of coffee and a choice of snacks from our in house cafe.

We are a children’s role play centre aimed at kids from birth to around 6/7. There’s no booking system and no time limit or session times. Drop in when you want and stay as long as you like. We also offer children’s birthday parties in our newly refurbished party room. We have a cafe facility which serves hot and cold food and drinks at very reasonable prices.
