Surfing and Stand Up Paddle Boarding on Sandhaven Beach in South Shields. We provide board and wetsuit hire and regular lessons; kids surf lessons 10-12 and open surf lessons 2-4 everyday on weekends and school holidays, adult surf lessons 6-8 Thursday and Friday evening's and Stand Up Paddle Board lessons 10.30-12 Saturdays and Sundays.
