We were fortunate to happen on a showing of "Fantastic Fungi" on our two day trip to Asheville. We love seeing films in this art theater. Even afternoon showings are always almost or totally full with a great audience that is very engaged--and the films are good. This was no exception. If you are in town, but sure to check out what is playing. It is right next door to the Blue Spiral Gallery, and lots of other galleries, restaurants etc. are just a short walk away.

Can't believe I took this long to visit it. Went upstairs to the Loge. Cozy, warm, private, great for couples. Great location in Hay St. Would love to come back.

Have been going here since they opened, always clean, and well staffed Theaters. Be sure to get a Movie Rewards Card too, they are free and if you visit here often, the points will add up also good at the Forge Theaters in Pigeon Forge, TN and several others around the country. Both the locals and tourist go here. Plenty of parking and well lighted too. Easy to find near to hotels and major tourists attractions.

Super cool, single screen retro movie theatre that makes you feel like you're back in the 20s and 30s--except with comfortable seats! We love the Coed for kids' birthday parties (where you can rent the entire space, show a movie of your choice, and get snack packs), new releases, and more. We love going as couples or as a family.

A 50's era Drive in with modern equipment, a playground and good food. A great way for groups to see a movie.
