“The 1 ½ hour online Zoom critique sessions offered by Chris and Bonnie are excellent. Besides getting the needed “pats on the back” for my photos, they also offered me their years of experience as professional photographers in critiquing and even doing some online Lightroom editing to show me how to take a pretty good photograph and make it an outstanding one. But the best part? I’m getting all this for only $15 a session!” – Linda Davidson, Tyler, TX

This is one of my favorite hikes in the Asheville area. It is remote and beautiful! This is a local's ony hike that you will not find in a guide book. I discovered this while leading trips for Outward Bound. The hike is a perfect challenge for anyone up for an exhilarating experience with amazing views of Pisgah National Forest. We will use ropes on three sections to assist up the steep sections but we will descend off the back side of the mountain that is gradual. I promise it be be one of the best hikes you will find here in Asheville!

Inclusions: Rope for handline and a First Aid Kit

Exclusions: Bring a lunch to have on the summit., We can stop at Oskar Blues brewery in Brevard after the hike for a victory beer if you would like!

Our experience with Cory on the river was a highlight of our trip! He was very communicative and made the experience easy. Even with a mild knee injury I was able to get & off the boat with ease to stop at the cool places he took us. He even coordinated with the first stop to have them open early so we could enjoy a beer on their patio. Good conversation, a little welcome history about the area, quality tunes, delicious beers and a slow float down the river.... few things in life are better. I highly recommend when you’re in the area!!

Natasha knows her city, history, and architecture. She is easy-going and friendly. We had only 3 in our group, so we got to know each other in our two hours together. I had already walked around Asheville a few days prior to the tour, but this tour highlighted so many things I missed on my own. After the tour, I went to Riverside Cemetery to pay respects to Tom Wolfe and to O. Henry, at Natasha's suggestion. Thank you!

Jay was personable and accommodating! He picked us up at our hotel in Asheville and based our tour on our preferences. He spent time assisting my wife, who is a novice level photographer and still was able to give me (more advanced photographer) help and pointers along the way. We captured great waterfall and sunset photographs. We really enjoyed our experience.
