La Blonderie is tucked away in a beautiful rural setting in Normandie. Sinead was an excellent teacher and entertaining host who made the classes fun tailoring the menus to our preferences. The course was well planned with visits to a cider farm, market and the Maison du Biscuits and some time for relaxation each day. The highlight was using the bread oven on our final day where the whole meal was cooked to perfection. All in all a very happy experience.

This class is about experiencing French cuisine and cooking altogether to learn how to make some classic french simple dishes. Enjoy eating what you have prepared along with local bread, cheeses, and cider. This should take about 3 hours to cook, share eat and enjoy together. Perfect activity for your holiday in Normandy. Superb cooking class in Normandy learning how to cook the French way with a trained bilingual chef. Our four course meal was put together by our party with each step coached by the chef. I learn't cooking techniques as well as tasty new recipes. A french cooking experience to savour in traditional farmhouse surroundings.
