We did the bank heist which was our first time doing an escape room, but definitely won't be the last. The room was smaller than expected, but you're not really locked in so not at all claustrophobic. Lots of clues and loads of red herrings too. Very interactive - the hour went by really fast. The assistant on the desk who greeted us and set up the room was very pleasant and friendly. It was a bit pricey at $40 each but all in all it was a great way to spend an hour and highly recommended.
