I have had the pleasure of touring with Amy & Reba’s Day Drinking Wine Tours multiple times as part of both a larger and smaller group. Amy does an amazing job ensuring that folks have a truly awesome experience. She does her work to ensure the wineries and tasting rooms exceed the guest’s expectations by understanding what guests are looking for and matching it nicely to the perfect places. She develops great relationships with the tasting room staff and provides a concierge experience for her guests. What I love too is that her tours are all about fun!! It starts off right off with a mimosa toast which is awesome especially for those special occasions. Amy & Reba’s Day Drinking Wine Tours is my go to for all my tour needs hands down. So much fun, truly special places, and awesome memories!

I scheduled a tour with this company on Tuesday, for the following Saturday. On Friday, I contacted the company to ensure that I knew where to meet them for pickup. When I called the number listed on the site, no one answered. Shortly after, I received a text from the number I had called that simply said "Please text me", with no additional information. I then explained that I had a booking for the following day and wanted to arrange pickup and dropoff details. I got a reply from the manager, Shawn, who explained that they decided to cancel the tours for the weekend, that morning. He went on to explain that they did not receive any funds because we paid through viator, the company they use for payments. He said that he was in the process of updating viator, so that we can get a quick refund. It is currently a few hours after this interaction and I still do not have any details about getting a refund. I will update once I see how the refund process goes. So, after arranging our schedule around this event, getting time off work, finding a baby and dog sitter, they cancelled at the last minute. Without any explanation as to why and no additional information on alternative options. I even texted Shawn to ask if they had recommendations for other tours that we could enjoy this weekend instead. He did not respond. I will not be using this service again and will advise others to go with another company. Just very poor customer service and communication.

We took three three tours with America's Hub. In fact, when they had to reschedule a coastal tour they provided us with a private downtown tour. All three tours - half day downtown Portland, half day Multnomah Falls and Columbia River Gorge, and full day coastal tour far exceeded our expectations. Phil was our tour guide for the two half day tours and Carrie was our tour guide for the full day coastal tour - they were both very knowledgeable, and offered lots of great tips on restaurants, and scenic hot spots, I would highly recommend all three of these tours,
