With its rich cultural heritage from Native American and Spanish settlers, New Mexico has been both a Spanish colony and a Mexican colony, and still retains a strong individual identity within the United States. The landscape is breathtaking, the food incredible, and there is a thriving cultural scene, all of which makes New Mexico, and Santa Fe in particular, a great place all year long.

I've always wanted to do a chuck wagon dinner so we chose this one and we were NOT disappointed! The property is beautiful, the staff were all very nice, the food was ample & delicious & the band was awesome! We had a front row seat & it was so much fun watching Tim work the guitar (he's extremely talented) and Kathryn (?) strum her fiddle. The rest of them were fun as well. I love the way they honor the military and the good clean fun that they provide. I highly recommend this place!!

The show on Saturday, February 22 was the closest I have ever seen to the shows at the famous tablao in Seville - ,, Los Gallos ''. The female singer has has a voice range of an opera star. I really liked the performance of dancer Andrea - she is absolutely fantastic !!! I hope she continues her study with National Institute of Flamenco and maybe find some teachers in Seville. The Institute does an amazing job and should be sponsored by the state and federal government. I hope to return someday, after seeing Friday and Saturday shows this time. I saw one of the dancers years ago in Los Angeles. I hope New Mexico Flamenco Festival join forces with Flamenco Festival in New York one day.

Poejoy, on UNM campus, is a high quality venue for shows. You get there best by taking a free shuttle from a remote location and after a ten minute ride you're dropped off near the front entrance. They have a lobby where you can purchase a cookie or brownie, coffee tea or water. Tasty. Nothing fancy so far. When you're allowed to enter, seats of plush red which are actually comfortable await you. Ushers are there to help you get where you need to go, and are friendly. For this show we were fairly close, in row D, 4 rows behind the orchestra pit. Ours was a musical show, and the sound was excellent, surrounded and crisp. We're big fans, and don't come often enough.

America's largest interactive murder mystery comedy dinner show! Solve a hilarious murder case while you feast on a fantastic four-course plated dinner. Just beware! The killer is hiding somewhere in the room, and you may find yourself as a prime suspect! Our show is very different from traditional murder mystery dinner shows. We will hide non-costumed actors in the audience that are pretending to be part of the crowd. This results in a much more social and interactive evening than with other shows. Our shows are set during the present day and take place in real time. Over the course of the night, our costumed Detectives will uncover clues, interrogate audience members that may or may not be part of the show, and help everyone get closer to solving the mystery.
