This event is an exciting journey into the history and culture of the Neapolitan pizza where the participants can live the experience of being a “pizzamaker for a day”. The 4-hour laboratory is structured in: Welcome with a cup of neapolitan coffee and History of the True Neapolitan Pizza; Preparation of the dough of true Neapolitan Pizza, discovering of its secrets; Team work from stretching to cooking Neapolitan Pizza; Tasting of true Neapolitan Pizza. The workshop will be held every day from 10 am to 2 pm and from 4 pm to 8 pm.

Home cooking at Home - with Riccardo In our home cooking classes, not be more than six people, because we will chat, cook and eat together. I will accompany you to the discovery of the world of home cooking, if you want, the everyday genuine Italian housewife’s home cooking. And do it you will come to my home, we will talk sitting in my living room and we will cook in my real kitchen, a normal home kitchen like yours. And sometimes my wife Luisa will help us to prepare wonderful home made pizze and focacce Following the ancient Apulian and Lucan hills recipes. At home we will learn, working on practise how to combine the tastes and flavours preparing primi and secondi piatti. Need an advice? Of a suggestion ?
