The Horn provided excellent views of massive granite outcrops and great views over the Alps. This area at the end of Mt Buffalo was the most rugged and spectacular and access was via an un-sealed road. A must see.

Short walk from car park to the falls. Be careful with children if you decide to swim as the rocks can be slippery and unstable. Lovely views of granite rock. Will return again.

Located at the Mt Buffalo Chalet, the Gorge is a must see if at Mt Buffalo. The granite boulders drop some 200 Metres and the scenery across the Alps and around Porepunkah and Bright is excellent. There are various viewing points each with its own spectacular persepective of the Alps and the valley below.

It’s probably been over 30 years since I climbed to the base of the top falls. New paths. Great views. Previously we used to climb out on the face of the falls. But they are very dangerous. So it’s good they’ve been fenced off.
