Adjacent to the newly built Elms Hall, The Owls Nest serves a range of bar snacks, cask conditioned ales and fine wines. The traditional pub also boasts pool table, darts board and a regular quiz night on Thursdays. Look out for some fantastic live acts, a great digital jukebox and some great conversation. On a warm evening there's nothing better than sitting on one of the tables outside catching the last bits of sunshine with some friends and a drink. The Owls Nest is less than 500m from Bare Lane train station.

Just had our first but NOT last delicious Sunday lunch, one beef and one vegetarian. veg was cooked to perfection, yorkies lovely and crispy and plenty of it! we topped it off with a brownie with caramel sauce and a hot cross pudding with sauce. We ordered through the Morecambe eats app online, it was delivered exactly on time, very friendly staff. Thank you

No TVs to throw useless and consitant sport and other propoganda in your face. No cameras to follow your every move. No gaming machines. A pub where you can have a quit conversation or look out to sea past the statue of Eric Morcambe to the fells of the lake district.(weather permitting). A place to die for.
