Had the best tour guide Cody! He was very knowledgeable, fun, and an Eagle Scout! I mean that literally...he would spot an Eagle hundreds of feet away on top of a tree while on the snowmobile! Absolutely wild! So worth the experience!

Best customer service ever! Every person we interacted with was wonderful. David, on the phone, was patient dealing with six very different ladies and a whole bunch of questions and multiple changes! The three young men that brought and fitted all the gear handled our crazy bunch of ladies really well (I know we can be a bit overwhelming when we are all together and having fun). Gage, 'Ron Jon', and the 16yr old that I didn't get a name for ????????‍♀️, thank you so much for keeping us organized and making sure we had all the right equipment! Slope side, when some last minute adjustments needed to be made, Noah was quick getting to us, minimizing the delay on hitting the slopes! And last but not least, the pick up, Cassidy and David (again) helped us figure out how, when and where to get our gear back to Black Tie. Their pick up service is truly the best part, no lugging skis in and out of cars!!
