Nous sommes sur le plateau de Monbazillac, au sud de Bergerac, dans le département de la Dordogne (24) au sein de la région Nouvelle-Aquitaine. Nous exploitons 31 hectares de vigne répartis sur plus de 20 parcelles, en appellations Monbazillac et Bergerac Depuis 2008, nous travaillons les sols mécaniquement, sans désherbage chimique. Concernant la protection du vignoble, nous avons démarré la conversion à l’Agriculture Biologique en 2018. Nous utilisons uniquement des produits organiques tels que le cuivre (anti-mildiou) et le soufre (anti-oïdium). Nous raisonnons également l’usage de ces produits (quantité et périodicité) en fonction de la croissance de la vigne, des conditions météo et de la pression des maladies.
