The Principality of Monaco, a small city-state overlooking the pristine blue waters of the Mediterranean, is a place famed for its glamour and wealth. The Palais Princier, former home of Princess Grace and current home of her son, Prince Albert II, is at the top of the cliff-bound medieval Monaco-Ville. More well known is Monte Carlo, a neighborhood soaked in sun, money, and expensive champagne, and home to the Formula One Monaco Grand Prix, the European Poker Tour, and the Monte Carlo Rally.

All the city's international sporting events take place in this stadium.
We had an excellent tour around the stadium. I went with my parents and my 8 year old nephew. The tour guide was brilliant! She spoke excellent English (put my attempts at French to shame!), she was great with my young nephew, and was incredibly knowledgeable about the team and stadium. Plus it only cost 18 Euros for all of us. Brilliant value for money! Would highly recommend it.

Whilst staying in Nice, we made the short trip to Monaco on the last evening of our holiday, to eat at the Café de Paris and then spend a few hours across the square in the casino. Received a good welcome on arrival and table in a bright area in the restaurant., with plenty of room between tables. Food was expensive but good quality, well presented and excellent taste. Drinks not cheap, but good quality wine and well chilled. an excellent place fr a quality meal with a great atmosphere.
