Currently, while experiencing childbirth, childcare, and community activities, he leads a slow life different from Nagoya. He started yoga when he was suffering from physical and mental disorders of himself and those around him, and was fascinated by the depth of yoga. Obtained RYT200 (National Yoga Alliance Certification) to deepen yoga. Started Mihama Yoga in Mihama-cho, Minamimuro-gun, Mie Prefecture. He is also an instructor at Yoga Studio Emi in Owase City, Mie Prefecture.
