Great place for sightseeing and finding out about wind energy. It's too amazing view with the blue sky, the sea and the huge columns of wind power turbine. Fortunately, I have a chance to talk to an electrician who is working in Bac Lieu Wind Power Plant. He explains and describes operation of wind power turbine. He also gives me too much information about history of the plant. Must come !
