Windfall, our elegant 49-foot sailing vessel, is available for day or overnight sailing charters.We dock for the summer season (June–October) in historic Gloucester, MA, in Smith's Cove, within walking distance to the famed artist colony of Rocky Neck. Summer charters are also available out of Boston or any accessible New England port. Or, use Windfall as your floating B&B (Boat & Breakfast dockside) while visiting the lovely Cape Ann region. In autumn we head south to go sailing in the beautiful, sunny Bahamas from late February through May. Meet us at our base of operation, Abaco, Bahamas. Or, charter Windfall for island hopping anywhere in the Bahamas. We practice all state and local covid-19 sanitation guidelines.

NOTE ON RATES: Quoted rate is a median figure. Rates for 1 or 2 persons $65/person; for 3 or more (up to 6), $50/person. I love taking people fishing. I trailer my boat, so I am able to fish closest to where the fish are biting best. Black Rose Fishing specializes in small private charters (1-4 people) as well as open boats (mixed groups). The boat is fast, getting you to the fishing grounds quickly, with the added benefit of a full cabin. The fishing space on this boat is immense--a dance floor's worth of space in the cockpit to fish as well as full bow to fish from. We fish from many ports, with our most common ones being Green Harbor(Marshfield), Plymouth, Mattapoisett, and South Yarmouth. We also fish from Orleans, Dennis, Sandwich, Scituate, Buzzards Bay, and Falmouth. Haddock, cod, porgy(scup), black sea bass, tuna, stripers/blues, sharks, and many other species are targeted.
