Rum Pointe is located just outside of Ocean City, MD overlooking Assateague Island National seashore. Mother nature and nationally known architects pete and P.B. Dye have combined their talents to create this world class golf facility. Carts with GPS and complimentart use of cart covers. Stay onsite at our Rum Pointe condo that sleeps 8.
This is one of my favorite golf courses anywhere. I’ve played here several times in the spring and late fall. Every time the course is in great condition and the views of the water and Assateague Island are magnificent. On this most recent trip we even got to see a rocket launch to the ISS from nearby Wallops Island while waiting to tee off. The starter and rangers usually crack jokes with us about being from New England but it’s all in good fun. If you’re playing 1 course in OCMD consider Rum Pointe.

City golf course that has sweeping views of water and marshes.
There are very nice people who work here. There are some Great holes there. There are beautiful views all around. Greens are in great shape. If I had to improve anything I would get the people off the first Tee faster. Other than that I was very happy playing there.

This championship golf course is only about 30 minutes from Washington D.C., but it has a feeling of privacy and seclusion.
Great course. I can't wait to go back. Pretty wide open. A few of the holes don't favor the long ball hitter. I drove through a few fairways. The greens had just been aerated but you really couldn't tell.

Championship 36-hole golf course features bentgrass tees, greens and fairways.
I’m a member..: joined when I moved to town last year. I could not be happier. The course design(s) and upkeep are head and shoulders above the other 6-8 courses I’ve played between Easton and Washington DC. Right now the courses are both incredibly lush and well kept. They used the shutdown time to make sure they were in tip-top condition. And the staff is GREAT!

Lighthouse Sound is located just one mile west of Ocean City, on St. Martin's Neck Road. Designed by Arthur Hills, this exquisite championship course is situated on 1000 prime acres overlooking the Ocean City skyline and St. Martin's River. Home of the longest cart bridge in America.
This is our favorite course to play when we visit the shore! It's an excellent challenge for our collegiate golfer and provides beautiful views of the eastern shore. The green fees are reasonable and the amenities are top notch.

Course is in very nice shape. Not easy, lots of sloping fairways. Even tho only 2 holes were cart path only.....still quite a bit of walking. They truly take care of their fairways and greens. Clubhouse has a very nice restaurant.
