July 1, 2021 Deane Carmody

Maryland is known as “America in Miniature” because of its great variations in topography and culture. This makes it a perfect east coat travel destination for those who would like to experience a little bit of everything. From amusement parks, to beaches, to mountains and historical sites, there is plenty to see and do. Each region of Maryland provides its own unique and fun activities to do. If you're headed for some fun in the sun in Ocean City on its eastern coast, be sure not to miss the Ocean City Beach, the Boardwalk, or Trimper's Rides and Amusement Park for an all-ages fun experience. Central Maryland is home to a Six Flags theme park, the Annapolis Golf Club, and countless hubs of art and culture such as the African Art Museum and Annapolis Opera, Inc. Heading to western Maryland? It is perfect for lovers of nature and the outdoors, with the Washington Monument State Park, Wisp Resort ski slopes, and the spectacular Muddy Creek Falls.

This is one of my favorite golf courses anywhere. I’ve played here several times in the spring and late fall. Every time the course is in great condition and the views of the water and Assateague Island are magnificent. On this most recent trip we even got to see a rocket launch to the ISS from nearby Wallops Island while waiting to tee off. The starter and rangers usually crack jokes with us about being from New England but it’s all in good fun. If you’re playing 1 course in OCMD consider Rum Pointe.

There are very nice people who work here. There are some Great holes there. There are beautiful views all around. Greens are in great shape. If I had to improve anything I would get the people off the first Tee faster. Other than that I was very happy playing there.

Great course. I can't wait to go back. Pretty wide open. A few of the holes don't favor the long ball hitter. I drove through a few fairways. The greens had just been aerated but you really couldn't tell.

I’m a member..: joined when I moved to town last year. I could not be happier. The course design(s) and upkeep are head and shoulders above the other 6-8 courses I’ve played between Easton and Washington DC. Right now the courses are both incredibly lush and well kept. They used the shutdown time to make sure they were in tip-top condition. And the staff is GREAT!

This is our favorite course to play when we visit the shore! It's an excellent challenge for our collegiate golfer and provides beautiful views of the eastern shore. The green fees are reasonable and the amenities are top notch.

Course is in very nice shape. Not easy, lots of sloping fairways. Even tho only 2 holes were cart path only.....still quite a bit of walking. They truly take care of their fairways and greens. Clubhouse has a very nice restaurant.
