The name of the region derives from the plural name of marca, originally referring to the medieval March of Ancona and nearby marches of Camerino and Fermo. Marche is well known for its shoemaking tradition, with the finest and most luxurious Italian footwear being manufactured in this region.

It was opened in 1975 with the name Baia degli Angeli. In 1985 the club was re-opened totally renew with the name Baia Imperiale. Baia Imperiale rase in between Gabicce Mare hills, surrounded by the green San Bartolo Park and from the Club you can admire at the amazing landscape. The strategic position makes the Club a place that every people that visit the Riccione and Rimini area must go. The club is surrounded by a mythological aura and the imposing columns make the club alike a huge Roman temple from Augustan Age. Many popular Italian movie were played in this location such as Abbronzatissimi, and SPQR and many TV shows like Bellissima. Today it still host Worldwide beauty pageant like Miss Mondo. Baia Imperiale never lost its centrality and importance in the world of the nightclub and calls tourist from all over Europe, offering night events for every summer night. The Club has five music environments : Senato room, Zodiaco room, Pool room and the Terrace. The Club is open in the summer and in the winter for some important events. In the summer of 2014 Baia Imperiale had the pleasure to host: BINGO PLAYERS, BORGEOUS, CEDRIC GERVAIS, CRISTIAN MARCHI, DEORRO, DJ ANTOINE, DJS FROM MARS, DVBBS, FEDDE LE GRAND, JUICY M, MAURIZIO GUBELLINI, MIKE CANDY'S, NARI&MILANI, TONY JUNIOR, TJR, VINAI, and more. Morover in the past the Club host: BOB SINCLAR, MARTIN SOLVEIG, MAX VANGELI, AN21, CHRIS LAKE, ARNO COST, DIRTY SOUTH, ALEX GAUDINO. Even some live show took place at the Club like Fedez, Salmo, Gue’ Pequeno, ENSI and J-Ax. Inside the Club is present a store that sells a lot of items that have the Baia Imperiale brand and has a restaurant that is open every night and offer the chance to eat surrounded by the beautiful landscape. During winter 2014 some restoration works have been done such as a new ledwall 26 meter long and the famous Zodiaco room was completely restore keeping the architecture feature that had made the disco so famous.

I can only say good things. Luckily I did not base myself on the mediocre reviews when choosing this restaurant for a family lunch.
