We also offer Massage Therapy Treatments & Services, Personal Training, Full Spectrum Infrared sauna sessions, and a Floatation tank.
TRX training classes are great for all levels of experience, from beginner to advanced every exercise can be modified to fit your comfort level! You may be intimated at first by the use of suspension straps but you use your own body weight and each move can easily be modified. Maija is a very knowledgeable fitness coach and explains each move along the way!
