You can google for sight seeing places. But when it comes to food, you need to be choosy and smart. People post their views and you'll find many so called famous places here. Do trust only local people who have visited those hotels. Don't go by YouTube or any foodie blog

I went with my family over here and the overall experience was very good. Bhool Bhulaiya was the best one. We felt to go again into that but it was not allowed to enter again. Laser Water Show was a nice experience which starts at 07:15pm. Overall a good experience of this park. Best place to take children for fun and entertainment.

Vasota fort should be on must do trek for a trek, fort and nature enthusiast. This gives you a wonderful mix of a large water body (1 hr 15 min) boat ride (one way), nice jungle trek, and of course the riggers of a trek. We stayed at Bamnoli on Saturday and did the trek on sunday in first week of Dec-17. Quite a few people have struggled to get details on stay, permission etc. Its not so complicated, but with moderm era, we need to have information in advance, I am including the Bamnoli forest dept number for those who need to connect 02168-202020. They can also suggest stay arrangements. Quite a few stay in a temple and there is ample food arrangements available. We stayed in a tent, and all the arrangement were taken care by the caretaker (Tea, Dinner, Lunch and stay) the place where we stayed also had neat toilets and hence an important issue was also sorted. We took the forest permit the next day (sunday) and this delayed things a little for us, the boat will take 12 people with a little variance there. All the bags are checked by forest officers, do no carry unnecessary plastic, no alcohol, knifes, matchbox, lighters etc. This is checking is done before you board the boat. This is the last place where we will get water, would recommend each individual to carry 2 liters of water (plastic bottles is also fine) The boat ride is for 1 hr 15 mins and you can enjoy the view through and through. NOTE: DO NOT dive in the water for a swim. One you land at the base, your permit will be validated and they will collect deposit based on the number of bottles you carry and plastic with you. If you do no return with the same number they will deduct 50 Rs per missing item. Most of the trek is through forest so you will not feel the sun, last few meters do not have forest cover. The trek is about 4 kms one way and for those two are not seasoned it will through up challenges, but with the right spirit you should be able to complete, We had a few individuals who have never done, they had some struggle, but finished the trek so don't worry too much. At the top Babu Kada and the view of Nageshwar mandir is wonderful. nothing much to do there. You should start downward trek by 14:00 as you should be at boat by 16:00. One at the base, you will be refunded the deposit once you have all the content back. As you reach back to Bamnoli, avoid the temptation of taking a plung in the water, you would be completed exhausted already and getting a judgement of the actual distance to traverse is very difficult. DO NOT jump in water and locals will give you a nice time if you venture and pull you out. On this specific weekend I guess there seemed to around 400 people who did this trek. Enjoyed the stay, trek and the boat ride very much. Have a safe one!.
