Go with a good appetite, so many variety of meats, take just a little so you can make it to the end! Loved the lamb, filet mignon, garlic beef the best. Even saved room for dessert and left feeling very satisfied

The tour itself was pretty good. The guide was knowledgeable with adequate English. The park is the must see & best approached from a stay in Puerto Natales.. We were picked up just after 7am but since we were back by 4, surely you could make the start & finish an hour later, rather than getting started so early. Secondly it's absurd to run a tour to the Milodon caves & the National park without including the admissions - what would you do if someone didn't have the 25,000 pesos to get into the National park? Leave them at the gate?. Be honest, passengers should have the Chilean equivalent of about $42 each US in cash to fully participate in this tour. We would still have taken the tour - but we wouldn't have been worrying whether we has enough cash left for dinner.

As a junior hiker, I thought it was quite hard to hike around 11 km to 20 km each day within the scheduled time. However, under the good weather condition, I was able to finish the whole itinerary, and I thought it was worthy to do so without any regret! The scenery along the route is very unique and awesome, it is worthwhile to try hard to finish it! The weather can be very different even in one day: sunshine in the morning, wind and cloud in the afternoon and rain at night, so it is very important to wear in layers. Also, a pair of waterproof and comfortable hiking shoes or boots is a must for this hiking tour.

The pinguiens was there, but few and no other animals. All such activities are two expensive in Argentina and Chile, too expensive for the locals also, and to many restrictions on movements. These tours have been the only downs on our three months trip to A and C. In my country you do not pay to visit national parks. No gusto.

I took this tour on December 11, 2019 and it was fantastic. Not enough people signed up for the tour but the operator let me still take the tour by myself. Gerardo picked me up in his personal car and took me everywhere he wanted to show me. He let me stay as long as I wanted at places and even took me by some things that weren't in our original itinerary. He knew a lot about the area and its history, and it was a fantastic introduction to the region. He went above and beyond to make my experience as comfortable and meaningful as possible. It was obvious he believed it when he told me that tourism experiences were important and and he'd rather take more time to help his client have the experience they wanted. Also, I understand Spanish pretty well so I usually don't mind if tour guides don't really speak English, and in my experience, tour guides say they can speak English but actually can't. This guy's English was practically perfect and he had lived in the U.S. for awhile. So if you need to make sure you have an English-speaking guide, this is your best bet. I 100% recommend this company once tourism opens up again after Covid-19.

Almost 10 days of trekking close to 100 miles in this pristine land, taking hundreds of pictures, still didn't seem to do justice to this amazing place! Our legs may have been tired, but we didn't notice. Saw awe-inspiring rock towers reaching into the clouds, turquoise and deep blue colored lakes, and glaciers bigger in area than a city. We experienced all 4 seasons in a single day - incl. winds that could knock you off your feet if you're not careful. Drinking fresh (unfiltered) water from the streams never felt better. Not to forget the unique flora and fauna incl. the Lama-like guanacos and the Andean condors soaring from the cliffs. Must give credit to Chiletour for organizing everything so smoothly as well as the Chilean & Argentinian governments on preserving this place so well. Chiletour made a rather complicated itinerary and logistics seem simple. It was an absolute pleasure to get to know Ricci and to stay at the Garden Domes in Puerto Natales - gorgeous views, great food, comfortable cabins, yet simple, peaceful and remote. The tiny houses (designed and built by Ricci) just outside of Torres del Paine National Park are a class of their own. Compact yet very comfortable and modern, these trailer houses are very strategically placed with a view of the 3 famous towers. While it is magical to hold a 20,000 year old chunk of ice in your hands, you cannot help but feel sad that these glaciers may be gone the next time you visit this place. Scientists say the southern Patagonian Ice Fields are melting away at some of the highest rates on the planet. So my advice would be to visit this place sooner rather than later.
