Leave Florence behind for the day on a trip to see the wonderful towns of Pisa and Lucca.  You head first for Pisa to see the Piazza dei Miracoli where your guide will tell youabout the marvelous buildings that surround the square.  There is the Baptistery, the Duomo and of course the famous Leaning Tower of Pisa. After Pisa a short drive brings you to the town of Lucca, a walled town, less famous than Pisa but an absolute jewel. Here you will have some free time to explore this quaint town before returning to Florence.

Have a fun in a beautiful town colonised by the Romans in the 2C BC and it has retained the plan of a Roman military camp, with the two principal streets perpendicular to each other. We might have a wine tastings at the winery in Montecarlo di Lucca!

Wine tour performed in compliance with the provisions of the regulations COVID-19 We will visit 2 splendid wineries representative of the Chianti Classico area and, after touching the vineyards and visiting the cellars, we will taste the wines produced in combination with local products. We will have lunch at the Bibbiano estate in Castellina in Chianti (SI) and in the afternoon we will move to the Monsanto Castle in Barberino Val d'Elsa (FI). The only authentic wine tour in Lucca. Two wineries. Two different ways of making wines, different opinions, and different methods, but united by the same aim: producing the best wine of Lucca. I will pick you up at your accommodation with my van, and I will drive you through the hills of Tuscany. For every winery we will visit the cellar where you will discover all the secrets about Tuscan wine, thanks to the explanations and the life stories of the farmers. Than, you will taste 3 wines of the production. Every wine will be matched with products from the garden and some specialties, like finocchiona or pecorino cheese, plus a final dessert... a dip in the Tuscan table culture!
