Things to do in London, England: The Best Spas & Wellness

March 16, 2022 Roger Rusk

The crown jewels, Buckingham Palace, Camden Market…in London, history collides with art, fashion, food, and good British ale. A perfect day is different for everyone: culture aficionados shouldn't miss the Tate Modern and the Royal Opera House. If you love fashion, Oxford Street has shopping galore. For foodies, cream tea at Harrod’s or crispy fish from a proper chippy offers classic London flavor. Music and book buffs will love seeing Abbey Road and the Sherlock Holmes Museum (at 221B Baker Street, of course).

Welcome, relaxing atmosphere, nice and friendly therapist - Natalie, a cosy, warm room and this feel good factor with a hot drink.I was very happy and satisfied with a deep tissue massage which relieved my aching muscles. I experienced the most wonderful massage at Rolle Therapy by the brilliant Ken. His knowledge is second to none and his main aim is that you leave the room feeling like a completely new person. I felt that Ken looked after me very well and shows great concern to whatever problem I had. I went for the massage with very painful upper back and shoulder pain due to my career. He did such an amazing job I can not thank him enough! I now come to see him every few weeks as I know he will do exactly what is right to help my pain. Such a professional and outstanding therapist!

I found the Fitzrovia Spa and Massage by chance - and it is the best find. I have been 5 times since the beginning of this year. I went with severe knots in my shoulder and a lot of lower back pain. Lubinca is amazing she has made it easier for me to sit at my desk again and I keep going back every 8-10 days as it is really helping me. I definitely recommend it. I go to the Fitzrovia location and have been to several different places before but this is perfect. Clean, friendly staff, excellent treatment and just a great atmosphere.

We arrived late, we were lost. Max & Tony made allowances, and allowed us to float at no extra cost. I loved the pure feeling of relaxation while in the pod. It was quite soothing, I had sensory deprivation; allowing me to float away. I had shoulder, knee and elbow pain prior to my float. After my float, I had silky skin, pains and aches were less; definitely well worth the experience.
