Cooking Classes Italian cuisine. Available all days upon reservation. We will prepare Italian traditional dishes together, I'm a Personal Chef and I'll be happy to share with you my best recipes. Friends that do not want to take cooking classes may also only enjoy meals. We will use organic ingredients and we will have lunch in the wood, literally. In case of adverse weather conditions lunch will be held in the living room of my home that has large windows overlooking the woods. Outside the property you will be able to have a walk in the woods trying to spot the different animals that live in there: foxes, hares, dormouses, wild boars, buzzards, cuckoos, woodpickers etc. I speak Italian, English and French. Nearby places to visit: Rocca di Angera, Eremo di Santa Caterina del Sasso.
The private cooking course with Maestro Marco was the highpoint of our vacation to the lake district. In fact, he rescued our vacation: never-ending rain made sailing and hiking impossible, and this culinary escapade made us forget the bad weather. Getting to Marco's lovely home in the woods is really easy, and as soon as you arrive, the fun begins. We discussed the options and quickly got to work. The result was a fantastic meal that rivals any restaurant. Under no circumstances should anyone visit Lago Maggiore and skip this great experience. It is a tremendous value (especially if you already are a good cook - you will get more out of it), not to mention, incredibly educational and rewarding. Bravissimo!!!
