This place was busy when we arrived. The shopping list was scents ( ground level) bags , if any on the 3rd floor and possibly a drink on the top floor. Had a bit of a runaround before finding our brands. The staff at the Guerlain counter was friendly and helpful without being pushy which i truly appreciate. He also gave advice on tax claims after our purchases. The experience at the other 2 scent counters were reasonable. There were quite a few bargains but gave them a miss. Wanted to go for some refreshment but it was too warm and there were very few seats available. eventually settled on the drinks al fresco but within the same establishment. Enjoyable shopping experience. No overzealous SA and definitely no hard selling.

Italy’s largest chain of department stores, Coin offers well-known brands, same-day tax refunds on large purchases, and a video wall on its flagship’s exterior that’s reminiscent of Times Square.
