What a nice surprise! Food was great and bottle of their Sauvignon Blanc was great. Had cheese burger and my wife up had Brie and pear sandwich. Lots of it too. Salad was fresh and tasty. After driving through vineyard, the picnic area was well laid out, overlooking Jordon harbour. Beautiful location. Fraser the owner came around for as visit as well. Highly recommend it.

What a wonderful winery. We had the pleasure of Chatting with and being served by the owner and his wife. A wonderful couple. I enjoyed the kitchen zinc and the teachers pet special select late harvest dessert wine. We will be back to try their Appassimento wine later in the spring.

Ascending the fore warned 28 steps one enters a open, minimalistic, tastefully decorated dining area. The culinary experience begins! A 9 course tasting menu that we chose to compliment with the 6 glass wine pairing. As the courses unfolded, served by excellent staff, a story of each dish was explained, the ingredient, the origin, many from the House gardens, and the preparation. All in all an amazing culinary experience which had the mouth and tongue dancing through the layers of each dish. The wine pairing was I think the best I have experienced in my much richly lived life. Together the food and wine brought new life to each other. Wonderful! The staff was inspiring explaining the food and wines with so much love and knowledge you couldn’t wait to pick up your implements to enjoy. So refreshing to see and hear the joy they experienced working with two creative chefs who they have the honour to present to you the patron. A thoroughly enjoyable evening experienced by all. We will return to the culinary dance for the changing season, can’t wait!
