I was a student of Dimitra Yoga when it was in the Plantations, and followed her when it moved to the new space in Lewes (near Five Points). I love the vibe that Dimitra and her staff offer! There is a large room (heated and non-heated classes held here), smaller room for private lessons, restrooms with shower, and nice lobby with retail space (they sell mats, props, yoga pants, tanks, etc). They offer a variety of classes from Shore Light (geared more toward beginners / gentle class) to Power Flow (you'll walk out drenched in sweat!).
