This show does not disappoint! I went to see Aussie Heat with the expectation that it would be like all of the other male review shows I have already seen. Boy, was a wrong! Not only are all of the performers hot as hell, they have the dance skills that other shows lack. Adam, the MC, made sure that the audience was entertained and included in the show. The guys all take their time making their way through the audience between sets, so make sure you get your "Aussie bucks" ready!!

Majestic Repertory Theatre

An intimate storefront theatre that takes big risks that pay off. They produce original projects like the musical “Bigfoot,” co-written by comedian and “Late Night with Seth Meyers” writer Amber Ruffin and an immersive disco-era "Measure for Measure" which was featured in USA Today.

Majestic Repertory Theatre consistently produces outstanding, entertaining, laugh and cry shows! They have a strong pool of talent in Las Vegas from singing to dancing and pure, gripping, acting. But, strong performances aren't the only thing they have to offer! The sets are thoughtful and fantastic, creating an atmosphere and drawing you into every story! While their musicals and plays are amazing on their own, Majestic Rep also is on top of their game with immersive theatre experiences. They are leading the town in this innovative craft and (again) the sets and talent REALLY bring you into the story. As an audience member, you get to interact with the characters, scope out the set, and what you see and do is unique to you! This is the place to go if you want to have a fabulous theatrical experience, to see a classic or try something new! BONUS: This is a local spot. It's a great way to get a taste of real Las Vegas culture and there are a bunch of bars and restaurants in the area if you're looking to make it a night out.

We were staying downtown and when I told my sister I loved comedy and that we should all go to the comedy show in The D, where she and my parents were staying, she said she had complimentary tickets. Woo hoo! We then went to the rewards counter and they called the box office and made reservations for us for that night. They also told us that we should pick up the actual tickets at 10pm. My sister ended up deciding she didn’t want to go (did not want to lose any gambling time), so she went with us to pick up the tickets, showed them her ID and players card, and when they gave her the tickets ... she generously gave them to us. We then got in line (everyone was sitting on the floor - but you could stand - one side for VIP and one side for everyone else) and they started seating us at 10:15 as the show started at 10:30. You do not need to buy VIP or even get there that early, as there are plenty of seats and typically they only fill about two rows of tables. We were in the second row and my husband and I switched seats so that I could get a better view since I’m super short. Since it is a small venue, all the seats are great. Before the show starts, a waitress comes around for drink orders. She was fast and we got our drinks before the show started. They are very reasonable priced for Vegas and there is no drink minimum - which many comedy clubs have. I had a bottled hard cider which was $7 and gave her a $10 as I didn’t have change. The show started promptly at 10:30pm and had 4 or 5 comedians and each got progressively better. The last one, Don Barnhart was REALLY good - but we enjoyed the others as well. If you love comedy and don’t mind the cheesy host (on the night we were there), this is a good show. This is the my second time going to a show here (last time was Defending the Caveman) and I would definitely return.

X Burlesque

Provocative, daring and scintillating, X Burlesque brings adult fantasies to the stage in a bubbly production show led by a troupe of gorgeous dancers. Running as the city's hottest topless revue for more than a decade, the X Burlesque beauties bare their assets all while playfully interacting with the audience. With bits set to music by hot contemporary artists, numbers range from frisky to X-rated, hence the show's seductive name. Enjoy a classic striptease performed to Michael Buble's "Fever" in a traditional burlesque champagne glass in the "Champagne Wishes" segment. The award-winning, 75-minute female revue is located inside the X Showroom right off the main casino floor and is set in a cabaret-like environment. Its intimate space allows for distinctive close proximity to the guests as the show combines high-energy performances with the use of props. Bathtubs, guitars and feather boas tease the audience's every fantasy during the show.

When in Vegas....talked my wife into checking out a burlesque show we saw advertised while we were waiting to see Piff the Magic Dragon. Both shows are in Bugsy’s Cabaret at the Flamingo. Wasn’t sure what her reaction would be but I’m happy to report that we both loved it. Great music, good choreography, and beautiful performers. The comedian who comes out for the intermission did 10minutes or so and was HYSTERICAL! I thought it’d be packed with guys, but it was predominantly couples.
