Langkawi is a serene archipelago of 140 islands – only a few of which are inhabited. The largest of these is the eponymous Langkawi Island, which has UNESCO World Geopark status because of its richly populated (by wildlife, that is) conservation areas. The best way to experience these ecological wonders is from high above, on the Langkawi Sky Bridge that stretches above the rainforest. Cheekily-named Pregnant Maiden freshwater lake is a great place to take a dip or play keep-away with the kleptomaniac monkeys.

UPSIDOW is a large 3200 square foot, double story with 16 different areas and rooms. Everything is upside down! You need to think out of the box so only you can let your creativity go wild! Most furniture is built from recycled materials as pallets, oil drums, discarded wood and unwanted pieces of furniture and decorative items. Latest additional of the Transformer characters will be waiting for you at the viewing rooftop. WE SERVE FOOD AT OUR FOOD COURT At our food court, we have a repurposed Bas Mini from Kuala Lumpur. The BAS BURGER is selling burger and fries and in additional, you can find other local vendors selling varieties of local food, snacks and drinks. Come and experience it, this is a good place to visit with your friends and family.

This is a nice buddhist temple place to visit, it’s just 5-7 mins from the hotel where I stayed. An amazing marble statue of Kuan Yin on the hill and different small temples around the area. -free entrance -free parking -quite and peaceful (not crowded)

Great experience in the ”bird cave“. The worker are very friendly and explains very detailed all the procedures for getting and cleaning the bird nest. They also have lot of variety of bird nest and grade to buy. Price are cheaper than outside. After visit, must go to eat at the gm seafood restaurant beside the cave. Shellout platter are highly recommended. Rm98 are very enough for 4 person. Price are reasonable and delicious. We even takeout for supper. Garlic fried rice also very nice and they have lemon grass soda also very nice. Give it a try. Highly recommended

Also known as Eagle Square, Dataran Lang is one of Langkawi’s best known manmade attractions, a large sculpture of an eagle poised to take flight. A sight that greets visitors to the island via ferry, the 12 metre-tall statue is one of the j. Located at the southeast corner of Pulau Langkawi, besides offering beautiful views of Kuah Bay, Dataran Lang has beautiful miniature fountains, terraces and bridges, making it the ideal place for those postcard-perfect holiday photos. The square is a good place to watch ferries ply across the harbour but plan a trip here early in the morning or late in the evening when the sun is at its least intense.
