Fun hike up to a series of waterfalls. It is impossible to get all the falls in one photo shot so the photos you may see online don't serve justice for this incredible cascade. The trail has no shade and in July it was pretty hot. Where a hat, sunscreen and bring water. We were alarmed by the number of people that were hiking without any water and they looked rather haggard up at the top. In these conditions the hike seemed a bit much for young children but if they are used to moderately steep unshaded uphill hikes than maybe they would be ok.

Sinks is always a place to go visit. A lot of things to do, hiking trails that are fun to take your kids on an adventure with education or just sit back and enjoy the surroundings. It’s just fun for the whole family.

Our guide, Odessa, collected us from the Visitor Centre at the appointed time and drove us in her ATV to visit with about 60 wild horses, in two groups. It was moving and inspiring to get up close to these magnificent creatures and learn about their lives and behaviours. It was an unhurried, relaxed visit and a huge privilege. The ATV ride was fun too! Odessa was a superb, interesting guide and it was great to learn about plans for the development of facilities at the Sanctuary.
