Awesome place. The 71m female Buddha is just amazing. You can climb close to the top from the inside for a view. Laughing Buddha is on same grounds, all close to elephant waterfall so would definitely visit here.

PALACE I: FAMOUS HISTORICAL ATTRACTION IN DA LAT Not far from the center of Da Lat to the east-south, the Emperor Bao Dai’s Palace one stands on a charming hill at the height of 1.550 metters and 60 hectares, surrounded by lush pine forest. The Palace is famous by the real European neoclassical architecture, and also the main owner Emperor Bao Dai-the last King of Vietnam Feudal Dynasty.
The entry fee is little bit expensive but it’s worthy. This palace is the most beautiful palace comparing with Palace 2 and Palace 3 with many flowers and nice decorations

Just as true love has to surpass several obstacles, the Valley of Love in Dalat had to surpass many challenges in the past in order to gain its rightful name today. In the beginning, the valley was called Vallée D’amour (Valley of Love) by the French before being renamed The Valley of Piece. In 1935, its beauty and captivation persuaded people to once again name it after the most wonderful thing in the world: Love. Thanks to being the honeymoon destination of newly-married couples, this valley is even regarded as Niagara Fall of Vietnam. The Valley of Love today is located 4 miles away from the center of Dalat, the little Paris, on Phu Dong Thien Vuong St.
Another one of Vietnam’s famous Themed Parks is ‘The Valley of Love’ located in Dalat, Vietnam. This one is based around flowers and is in a beautiful natural setting including a lake and wonderful valleys. This place is huge and you will even need to take the included free electric trolleys to get around. There is a ‘Lovers Maze’ my personal favorite! Easy to go into the Maze. Not so easy to get out. But, they have 5 places that eventually you find where you can go up above the Maze so you can see where to go next...providing you don’t get lost again. There are plenty of restaurants and things to eat and drink. It takes the better part of a whole day to see. And is a peaceful serene place with fresh air and green beautiful plants and flowers in every direction. Perfect place to spend a day in Dalat, If you want a beautiful relaxing day that still requires you to walk and ride the trolley. Take lots of photos!

"The crazy house" is part art gallery, part hotel and all the whimsy of an eccentric architect. Have a cup of tea inside a giant giraffe, visit the monkey cage and relax in the sculpture garden.

Started the walk up the hill at 7:30am. The 1st part where we walked along the road was a good warm up, although the constant fumes from the cars heading up the hill plus some getting quite close was a little unsettling. At the fork where the trail starts and the cars veer off to the left, the beauty of the hike, plus the quiet and birds singing started taking over. Excellent views of Da Lat, and I quickly realized the extensive number of green houses growing flowers, fruits, etc. The final 20 minute up is a little steep, so if you have a hiking pole, it will come in very useful.

Needs a bit of a climb on uneven surfaces to get the best view of the waterfall. It's worth the effort , just have to have footwear with grip and be prepared to use hands and feet and bum if you are petite like myself ????????.

Me, my brother and mum came here for a couple of hours. Suggested by locals. Just incredible. It looks like there is no structure, but yet there is, to this place. Has accommodation rooms, dance area, souvenirs, good views of Da Lat, and some sections still under construction. Also some stairs and passages are extremely narrow and high up, so if you have no fear or are mobile, don't do them.
