When people find a great vacation getaway, they keep coming back. This 32-mile-long "Queen of American Lakes" is chock-full of lodging, attractions, eateries and just about any form of recreation you can name. A significant player in American history, Lake George is the site of two great forts, Fort William Henry and Fort Ticonderoga, both open to the public. Before plunging into the myriad activities in this family-friendly town, start off with a relaxing lake cruise to learn about the area. Then, take your pick of recreation: parasailing, fishing, diving, jet skiing, hiking, golfing, minigolf, horseback riding and more. If you've got kids in tow, you can't get away without visiting the Great Escape and Splashwater Kingdom, New York's largest amusement park. Hikers gravitate to the international trail system or Prospect Mountain, which offers panoramic views from the top; for an easier way up, hop on the tram. Among the cleanest and clearest of major U.S. lakes, Lake George is as splendid today as when Thomas Jefferson described it as "...without comparison, the most beautiful water I ever saw."

Escape LG owns and operates four themed escape rooms designed to challenge you with codes, clues and ciphers which you must solve to unlock the secret of the room providing visitors to the Adirondacks and the surrounding areas a fast growing and popular alternative to existing amusement and entertainment activities.
My wife and I walked around Lake George today and saw this escape room. We decided to go in and do the horror themed room, “What Happened in Raven Woods?”. We had never done an escape room before and weren’t really sure what to expect. It was just the two of us being guided by “GameMaster” Blake. Blake was awesome and knew exactly when we needed hints. The girl checking us in told us it was only Blake’s second time doing this escape room, but you would never know it. The room we chose was horror themed and the lights were out. Our first task was to find a flashlight located in the first room. My wife didn’t want to do an escape room at first (she thought it was way too expensive being $100 for the both of us), but it’s been on my bucket list for awhile. We both loved the experience and will probably do it again next time with a group of friends. We made it out with 8 seconds to spare (we got a little extra time because our walkie talkie stopped working so they paused the clock while they fixed it). Overall it was a great time and I highly recommend for families and couples.

Two 18 hole courses on the beautiful shores on Lake George, NY. Play 18 holes visiting different countries "Around the World", or 18 holes visiting different states "Around the USA"!
Two themed courses (one with holes designed toward individual state activities and one with international themed activities). Both are very entertaining and are equal fun for older or younger kids. Ice cream shop on premises as well. Course was in good condition.

Catering to families, groups, sports teams or your next company team building event. Welcome to Lake George Lanes & Games.
A fun little arcade, an indoor playground that kept my 4 yo entertained for an hour and a bowling alley with friendly staff and reasonably priced. Bathroom was clean although out of soap. Bowling alley was kid friendly with the yellow wooder horse for my daughter to roll the ball down and bumpers. Theres some snacks and drinks although you’d think if they were kid friendly they would have regular or chocolate milk. Ok beer on tap- wish there were more local selections. Overall a great little place! With temps in the low single digits outside and a one and 4 yo in tow- skiing or tubing were out so we came here two days in a row! Would recommend!
